Hi, I’m Junia, a creative director, designer, artist, and idea-maker with a love for work that connects, moves, and inspires.​

​Over the years, I’ve worked across agency and client-side roles, as well as running my own businesses as an entrepreneur. I’ve led everything from big campaigns to boutique branding projects, always driven by the challenge of helping brands tell meaningful stories and make a real impact.
​
I’m passionate about leading creative teams and bringing out the best in people, whether it’s guiding fresh talent or collaborating with seasoned pros. My leadership style is all about openness, curiosity, and pushing ideas further together. And while creativity is at the heart of everything I do, I always keep a sharp focus on performance and strategy, making sure the work not only looks great but delivers real impact.

I also share what I know as a lecturer in Creative Advertising at RMIT, helping shape the next generation of creatives - something that constantly fuels and inspires my own work.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me making art, playing footy, walking the dog, or enjoying time with my family - and, of course, dreaming up the next project over coffee.
